For Sale Page

We have some ewes and ewe lambs listed for sale. Please check out our for sale page. A link to it can be found on the right hand side of this blog. There you find pictures of the girls that we have to offer. These girls are Dorper/Katahdin crosses and would make wonderful additions to any commercial flock.

SugarCane and Timbit

SugarCane and TimBit have left for their new "pet home". These two little ones are to be walking lawnmowers. SugarCane has the letter U on her side and little TimBit (wether lamb) is the one with the dark brown spot on his butt. TimBit was raised a bottle lamb and is very friendly. They will make a nice addition to the little farm they are going to. Thank you Vic and Renee. I know they will be spoiled rotten :)

Nom Nom Nom

5U enjoys the freshly baled hay the girls got for breakfast this morning.

Bailey watches over

Bailey our Basset hound takes very good care of the lambs as she shares her back yard. She is very gentle with them and they are very tolerant of her "mothering". Bailey always makes sure they are clean with regular "baths".

Such hot days

Even the Bud Spud (Buddy) thinks he should have a Slurpy! He is trying very hard to get Cassandra to share with him.
Thinking he won't like it, Cassandra lets him try the watery bottom of the Slurpy. Buddy loves it and forces his  whole nose into the bottom of the cup!

Buddy and Bambi are getting Big

Our new scale arrived today and we just had to try it out. We started with the cats and dogs (it does a great job) and then moved to Buddy and Bambi. Buddy the farm mascot is now 90 lbs! Way to grow Buddy!! Bambi is 61.2 lbs. They are both doing well considering they were bottle lambs. Buddy is 153 days old and Bambi is 120.

Now I just need to get the other lambs on the scale and see how they are doing! Buddy and Bambi enjoyed some nice fresh leaves from the trees before being returned to the pen.
